Greplin indexes the following Linked Accounts. We are limited in what we can index by each company's API. 

Gmail / Google Apps Mail

• all mail (and chats if IMAP enabled)

Google Docs / Google Apps Docs

• Search within Docs, Spreadsheets and Presentations

• Uploads are  searchable by filename and title

• Drawings not searchable

Google Calendar / Google Apps Calendar

• all events

Facebook

• Your profile, events, notes, messages, friends, news feed and wall posts

• Facebook only allows us to collect data from a few days before you linked your Facebook account to Greplin. However, Greplin will collect all your data from that date forward. This means that you may not find Facebook news feed or wall posts that were created up to 4 days prior to your initial linking with Greplin.

   

Twitter

• Your tweets, timeline and direct messages

• Twitter only allows us to collect the last 3,200 of your personal tweets, and 800 tweets from your stream. However, Greplin will collect tweets posted by you, and users you are following, from the initial linking date forward.

Dropbox

• titles

• filenames

• your contacts and status updates

Evernote

• All notes

Google Reader

• All items in your feed that you have read

Salesforce

• Cases, Contacts, Opportunities and Accounts

Yammer

• All links going forward from initial Greplin indexing

Reddit

• All public comments and posts as far back as Reddit publicly provides
